This software ensures that all of your personal information is encrypted so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. The information you provide to Écluse Wines will not be shared or sold to any third party. The information you provide is utilized so that we may offer you a superior level of customer service. Upon submitting an order, all credit card numbers are transmitted via secure and encrypted methods to keep you personal information safe.

Shipping Policy

Please note that we usually ship on Mondays for most orders and will delay shipments to avoid temperature extremes. We are able to ship to the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, NE, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY.

We highly recommend shipping to a business address, rather than a home address, as federal law requires someone 21 and older to sign for wine deliveries. If an adult (21 years or older with proper identification of age) is not available to receive this package, additional attempts to deliver will be made. If these attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to Écluse, resulting in additional shipping costs.

Rerouting shipments to a different address or rescheduling the delivery for Saturday or an evening delivery will result in a $15.00 rerouting fee.  Écluse will automatically charge your credit card if a shipment is rerouted or rescheduled. You are responsible for all costs incurred as a result of misdirected and returned wine shipments. Wines that have to be replaced will be charged separately to your credit card.

If a returned shipment cannot be redelivered, Écluse will refund your purchase to your credit card less a 25% restock charge plus the shipping and handling charges. Écluse requests that you notify us of any address change to avoid misdirected and/or returned shipments.
