Garlic Rosemary Lamb Chops

2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
1 teaspoon course ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 lamb chops

Stir together the garlic, rosemary, pepper, salt and olive oil. It should have a thick paste consistency (if too thick add a little extra olive oil).

Smear paste all over lamb chops. Cover and refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.

Grill chops approximately 3 minutes per side.  Allow to rest 3-5 minutes prior to serving.


Enjoy with a glass of 2007 Écluse Rendition!
