2016 San Francisco International Wine Competition

2016 San Francisco International Wine Competition

Since it's introduction in 1980, the San Francisco International Wine Competition (SFIWC) has been setting the standard for professional wine judging. Celebrating its 36th year in 2016, the SFIWC is one of the longest running international wine competitions anywhere. Year after year, the SFIWC takes great pride in maintaining the highest levels of integrity and impartiality, ensuring that all wines are treated with equal care and consideration by our panels of highly esteemed wine experts.

The 2016 Competition will be held from June 9-12, 2016.

This is only the second year we've submitted to the San Francisco International Wine Competition and we are thrilled that the only wine we entered, our 2013 Ensemble, received a Double Gold!

This competition is the largest international wine competition in the US and this year the judges tasted over 4,600 entries! The Double Gold designation (94-100 points) is awarded to the very few entries that receive unanimous Gold medal ratings from the judges and these wines are the finest in the world!
